1. Analyst/ Associate/ Consultant/ Accountant/ Manager
Key Responsibilities: (1) Tax Returns preparation & review for individuals and businesses (2) Preparation & Review Financial Statements (3) Perform essential accounting & bookkeeping operations including payroll & etc. (4) Remain abreast of and comply with current accounting and tax laws (5) Engage with tax authorities, maintaining correspondence & ensuring regulatory compliance (6) Training to team members as & when required (7) Independently & effectively communicate with clients & other business professionals as needed (8) Identify missing information, errors, omissions by reviewing available details and make corrections (9) Expert in bookkeeping, accounting & payroll processes (10) General Ledger Maintenance (11) Ensure accurate Account Reconciliation & Journal Entries (12) Tax Compliance & Advisory Services (13) Strong Analytical Skills, attention to details (14) Proficiency in accounting & tax software (15) Any other work assigned by the authority
Minimum eligibility criteria: (1) Post Graduation or Equivalent Professional Degree Holder (2) Enrolled Agent (EA) is preferable (3) Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations (4) Experience in preparing & reviewing all tax returns for individuals and businesses (5) Experience in well know tax software (6) Expertise in bookkeeping and accounting (7) Flexibility in work timings & ready to work in night shift also
2. Customer Service Representative (CSR)/ Business Development Officer (BDO)
Key Responsibilities: (1) Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce various services, generate new business leads & promote services. making or answering calls (2) Understand customer needs, answer queries & provide detailed information about offerings. Build relationships with clients & identify sales opportunities (3) Persuade customers to buy services, aiming to meet or exceed monthly sales targets (4) Maintain & update customer databases with accurate information of client interaction. Obtaining leads information & other relevant data. Maintaining data in CRM tool. Preparing a daily report at the end of the day (5) Gather customer feedback to inform service development & marketing strategies (6) Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction & foster ongoing relationships (7) Any other work assigned by the authority
Minimum eligibility criteria: (1) Must be Graduate in Marketing or related field, Post Graduation or Equivalent Professional Degree is preferable (2) Prior experience min. 1 year in telemarketing, or customer service is preferred with a proven track record of success in sales (3) Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English (4) Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and basic computer applications (5) Strong ability to build rapport with customers and handle objections effectively.
