Minimum Qualifications / Eligibility Requirements

  • For accounting/tax roles: Usually Post Graduation or an equivalent professional qualification. Enrolled Agent (EA) qualification is a plus. Knowledge & experience with tax laws, accounting/bookkeeping, accounting/tax software.

  • For CSR / Sales roles: Graduate in Marketing or related field; 1+ year experience preferred; good verbal & written communication; fluency in English; CRM tools etc.

  • For administrative roles: Business Admin, Accounting, or related field is preferred; 1‑2 years of experience in administrative work; familiarity with Microsoft Office, document systems.

  • For digital marketing roles: Bachelor’s in Marketing / Communications etc., 2‑5 years’ experience, strong understanding of SEO/SEM, etc.
